      • Service Technicians:  Applicants must have integrity, dedication and a technical background with the ability to examine equipment and determine needed services, or repairs.
        Applicants also must have a neat appearance and a friendly, trustworthy demeanor to effectively communicate and interact with customers and fellow employees.

      • Area Manager & Sales Execs: The ability to effectively communicate with fellow team members and customers in a friendly, professional manner.
        Visit new and existing key accounts regularly to improve customer satisfaction and identify additional product sales and service opportunities.
        Effectively manage sales and opportunity development activities for accounts to optimize variable contribution margin percentage (VCM%), revenue, and customer satisfaction.
        Manages sales expense budget within company guidelines and to meet the business objectives/goals.

      •  In-House Office: To accomplish goals relevant to the growth and success of the company with regard to customer retention, control of purchasing costs, and product sales.
